[PATCH 4/6] devices/wifi: Track IWD devices, match to NMDeviceIwd objects



Add the NMIwdManager singleton to be responsible for matching
NMDeviceIwd objects created from platform devices, to IWD Device dbus
objects when they appear/disappear.
