In the Dutch language apparently the equivalent of tertiary is used.

(If you google search for "primair secundair ter.." then it 
automatically fills into "tertiair" ;-)).

How great my knowledge!.

Personally I would probably just use "Third" unless you want the idiom 
of Tertiary to be more well known (it is so ill used).
