Docker images with NetworkManager

Hi,

I've switched my NetworkManager image (with Fedora and systemd) to the
nm-1-0 stable branch and added an image for CentOS 7:

They mostly serve as a proof-of-concept that we work just fine in
containers, but maybe someone would find a more useful use for it.
