RE: Where to get Arm binary package 0.9.8.8 for ubuntu pls ?

Thanks for all replies.

Several of you have the same suggestions,

The processor is
Freescale i.MX6 quad-core Cortex-A9 CPU,

so i did use the Debian armel version,

uninstall old ubuntu version,
ar x  network-manager_0.9.8.10-3_armel.deb.
cd /
tar xvf data.tar.xz

reboot,
run NetworkManager,
the process dies !!!
the process dies !!!
no error message from /var/log/syslog, it does have some info message e.g. read configuration file, VPN loaded ...

As to build the binary, honestly i really don't want to do it, i'm not good at it 1st of all.
2nd, 0.9.8 is depending on different lib versions from 0.9.4.
i already got the 0.9.8 binary from debian, also copies libs associated to it.
don't see binary from source code can be that different from debian package.

Thanks !

Maybe you can use Debian's arm packages? Armhf or armel? For which hardware?
