Network Manager CLI wrapper

Hello all,

I don't know if anything like this already exists, but about a year ago I wrote a quick wrapper around nmcli to give it what I thought to be a quicker to use interface to connect to networks and profiles from the CLI.

I put it up on github in case someone else might get some use out of it as well.
