FYI, some people developed something called “l2tp-ipsec-vpn”, it is
independent graphical configuration and managing tool. It should be
written in Qt.

I do not any other tools providing graphical configuration for L2TP
VPN. I still cannot my university's VPN with “l2tp-ipsec-vpn”, though.
I wonder why L2TP is not well supported in Linux world.
