[MM] Merged 'probing-update' branch to git master

Hey,

Just FYI, I merged the 'probing-update' branch to MM git master now; it
comes with some improvements in how ports are probed and grabbed, which
will be useful specially when landing the QMI support. It also comes
with several new plugins like Pantech and Nokia-Icera, and other newly
ported plugins from the MM05/06 series like ZTE, Huawei, Icera, Samsung
(now Icera based), Nokia-Icera, x22x and Longcheer.
