You can randomly generate a UUID. If you don't, the ifcfg-rh plugin
will create a UUID based on the ifcfg file's name so that at least the
UUID will be stable until the file is renamed, which doesn't happen
often. If there is a UUID key in the ifcfg file, that's preferred.
