Actually I don't think we need a method call, do we?  The property
should be fine and the modems that support it can update it on-the-fly.
We can define an absurd value (like UINT_MAX or 999 or something) which
means "this modem doesn't support reporting remaining unlock attempts".
The generic modem class would simply return the "not supported" value,
while mbm and hso and those that have a command here would report the
correct value.  Does that sound OK?
