You are missing firmware for the driver (it's not distributed with Fedora due
to licencing issues).
Here are relevant lines from your messages file:
Mar 15 10:04:57 localhost kernel: b43 ssb0:0: firmware: requesting b43-
open/ucode15.fw
Mar 15 10:04:57 localhost firmware.sh[1528]: Cannot find firmware file
'b43/ucode15.fw'
Mar 15 10:04:57 localhost kernel: b43-phy0 ERROR: Firmware file
"b43/ucode15.fw" not found
Mar 15 10:04:57 localhost firmware.sh[1545]: Cannot find firmware file 'b43-
open/ucode15.fw'
Mar 15 10:04:57 localhost kernel: b43-phy0 ERROR: Firmware file "b43-
open/ucode15.fw" not found
Mar 15 10:04:57 localhost kernel: b43-phy0 ERROR: You must go to
http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/b43#devicefirmware and download the
correct firmware for this driver version. Please carefully read all
instructions on this website.
Do the following steps in a terminal to install the firmware:
1. sudo yum install b43-fwcutter
2. wget http://downloads.openwrt.org/sources/broadcom-wl-4.150.10.5.tar.bz2
3. tar xjf broadcom-wl-4.150.10.5.tar.bz2
4. cd broadcom-wl-4.150.10.5/driver
5. sudo b43-fwcutter -w /lib/firmware wl_apsta_mimo.o
