That's odd; but that would point to a MeeGo bug. I'd suggest filing a
bug with MeeGo describing the problem. They do patch their kernel
(well, everyone does even Fedora) which could be an issue, but it could
be any number of things. Could also be the laptop (unless you've tested
F13 on that same laptop as well).
