3G modem functionally in networlmanager 0.7.998

hi,
i got a bug reported on archlinux bugtracker[1] asking what happened 
with /lib/udev/nm-modem-probe and 
/lib/udev/rules.d/77-nm-probe-modem-capabilities.rules in 0.7.998 which 
was in networkmanager 0.7.2

did those were migrated to another package? udev or other?which version 
of udev?
