Could you please provide - your ~/.kde4/share/config/networkmanagementrc - ~/.kde4/share/apps/networkmanagement/connections/{UUID} - start knetworkmanager in terminal (do kquitapp knetworkmanager to terminate running version), try to connect and provide output of course obfuscate any sensitive data.
