What is your Wi-Fi driver?
Our wifi driver be wrote by 3rd party.
So, usually this problem how do i debug?
Check dmesg for the driver errors.
I reply to 3rd party dmesg.
But they don't think that is their problem.
Post output of:
1. rfkill list
sorry, our platform don't install this package.
I can't use this command.
2. nm-tool
** (process:11430): WARNING **: error: failed to read connections from org.freedesktop.NetworkManagerUserSettings: The name org.freedesktop.NetworkManagerUserSettings was not provided by any .service files wlan0

Default: no

Wireless Properties
WEP Encryption: yes
WPA Encryption: yes
WPA2 Encryption: yes
Wireless Access Points
For frist warning, I modify nm-applet to not use GUI & not create usersetting Dbus.
I set new config to NetworkManager directly.
