Hi!

You can either file a bug at bugzilla.gnome.org, against the
NetworkManager package and the 'mobile broadband provider database'
component, or post the details here.  We need at least:

Country
Provider Name

and for each APN you have:
Plan name (if any)
APN
username/password (if provided)
