ZTE MF626 not working with NM 0.7.996

Hi,

I have a Fedora rawhide system with all updates (NM 0.7.966) and my ZTE 
MF626 3G mobilebroadband usb card is not working. 

I managed to get the card working with wvdial and I opened a bug for NM 
in fedora rawhide, but I don't know if this is the place to open bug 
reports for NM:

Please let me know if I need to open the bug report in other bugzilla
