Yeah, I just found a problem with gconf_client_get_bool(), it crashes.
The interesting bit is if I explicitly call gconf_client_set_defaults()
before calling that it all works fine. 

I can change it to checkboxes in the right click menu if that's best,
would you like the items shown with separators?
