It supports IPv6 for direct connections, but not yet for VPNs. See
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=593813.
I guess if VPNC supports IPv6 then I guess we could just say "all VPNs
at least potentially support IPv6" and just unconditionally add the IPv6
page when configuring a VPN too. The iface vs ip_iface thing mentioned
in the bug will probably still be a problem though.
