The updated dbus packages made it into Fedora 9 and 10 a while ago, it
took a couple of weeks to unwind all the damage by releasing packages
that reversed the changes. They are now waiting to release the stricter
dbus permissions when all of the other packages have been fixed first.
Rather a lot of things broke, so it was a bad idea and actually due to
an error on the part of the maintainer.
