NAT-T configuration

Hi guys,
where does NM-vpnc store NAT Traversal
configuration? Is there any place I can force all VPNs to use NAT-T instead
of Cisco UDP?
I'm using NM-vpnc-0.7.0.99 in RHEL 5.4.
