NM and usb eth gadget

Hi,

By default when new device is connected NM wants to "auto configure"
it  using DHCP client. As long as MAC address is the same you can set
up static IP for this connection.

When it comes to usb ethernet gadget it seems it's got different MAC
address every time you connect the device. Is there any way i can
instruct NM on "default" behavior for new connections for specific
type (like apply these settings only if that's usb and no eth or wifi).

Generally I would like NM to set up the same IP address (user defined)
for USB connection no matter what MAC address it has.
