NetworkManager 0.7.0-rc2 released

Hi,

I've tagged and uploaded NetworkManager 0.7.0-rc2.  The important
changes from rc1 are:

* Support for PKCS#12 private keys (bgo #558982)
* Ensure VPN secrets get cleared on failure
* Fix deletion of gateway route on DHCP renewal (bgo #558133)
* Make the system-settings fallback connection read-only
* Fix focus issues with IP address and route editing GUI
