NetworkManager and Browser Proxy

Hello List.
Does someone know if it is possible to change the Proxy Settings for
Mozilla or other applications when the Network interface gets up?
I think it must have to go with the NetworkManagerDispatcher but
I have currently no Idea how to do it.
