NetworkManager-0.7.0-0.9.4.svn3675.fc9.x86_64
I want to overide /etc/resolv.conf when using dhcp.
It _used_ to work to use /etc/dhclient.conf-eth0, but it seems not anymore.
Now that doesn't work, so I tried a script in /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d:
10-DNS ----
#!/bin/bash
#
# Override /etc/resolv.conf and tell
# NetworkManagerDispatcher to go pluck itself.
#
# scripts in the /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/ directory
# are called alphabetically and are passed two parameters:
# $1 is the interface name, and $2 is “up” or “down” as the
# case may be.
# Here, no matter what interface or state, override the
# created resolver config with my config.
cp -f /etc/resolv.conf.myDNSoverride /etc/resolv.conf
This doesn't work either. It did setup resolv.conf when the I/F first came up, but later that night:
