I forgot to mention the day before yesterday that your suggestions about SELinux do work. Thanks.
 
I installed wpa_supplicant-0.5.7-15.fc8. Which version should I install?
 
The error below also happened when I tried to create a network (The option 'frequency' has been omitted).
