Not for 0.6.5 there isn't. 0.7 splits the APs apart based on a couple
of properties. Basically, the frequency is up to the card, since
wpa_supplicant can't currently handle being told what frequency to use
anyway. This needs fixes in wpa_supplicant even with NM 0.7.
