persistent "enable wireless"

Hi
I'd like to have the wireless disabled by default. I can uncheck
"Enable Wireless" in NM,
but unfortunately I have to do it after every reboot. Can I make
somehow this setting persistent?

BTW I tried to download source from CVS, following instructions on the
webpage, but I got "Unknown host anoncvs.gnome.org."
