NetworkManager doesn't work on my Netgear wg511v2(using ndiswrapper)

Hi, all:
I have a wireless card(Netgear wg511v2, pcmcia interface) in my
laptop and I have installed ndiswrapper(version: 1.21) as its driver. My
operating system is Suse Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 which ships with
NetworkManager 0.6.2.
Everything goes smoothly when I use tranditional network management
method -- using "ifup, ifdown", the wireless card works well. But when I
try to use NetworkManager as my network management method, I found that
my wireless card cannot find the wireless network at all.
There are some error messages in dmesg's output, /var/log/messages
and /var/log/NetworkManager, here they are:
