NetworkManager Network Profiles

Is there anyway to mess with the stored network profiles. I really
want to be able to remove SSIDs from my profiles so that
NetworkManager will stop auto connecting to networks. Also is there a
way to refresh the SSID in the drop list. Thanks for the help.
