I think I left it in the FC5 packages though... I only ripped it out
from the Rawhide ones.

Tom: can you give the output of "/usr/bin/nm-tool" and also the output
of 'lshal' for the chunks that apply to your Atheros card? For example,
do "lshal | less" and then search it for "ath0" or whatever, and copy
that chunk.  Mine looks like:

udi = '/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/net_00_xx_xx_xx_xx_xx'
  info.udi = '/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/net_00_xx_xx_xx_xx_xx'  (string)
  linux.subsystem = 'net'  (string)
  linux.hotplug_type = 2  (0x2)  (int)
  net.80211.mac_address = 55586348776  (0xcf1345ee8)  (uint64)
  info.product = 'WLAN Interface'  (string)
  net.interface_up = false  (bool)
  net.arp_proto_hw_id = 1  (0x1)  (int)
  net.linux.ifindex = 3  (0x3)  (int)
  net.address = '00:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx'  (string)
  net.interface = 'eth1'  (string)
  net.physical_device = '/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/pci_8086_1043'  (string)
  info.capabilities = {'net', 'net.80211'} (string list)
  info.category = 'net.80211'  (string)
  info.parent = '/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/pci_8086_1043'  (string)
  linux.sysfs_path = '/sys/class/net/eth1'  (string)
