Network-Manager does not directly support any hardware, instead it
requires that any hardware properly support the wireless extensions
standard and expose via that method what capabilities the hardware
supports.

So if this driver supports WEXT and exposes that it supports WEP and
WPA then Network Manager should be able to work fine with that driver.
