Edit configure.in and remove -Werror so it does not treat warnings as errors.

I just downloaded the most recent CVS to test leap, and I'm getting a
compile error on Ubuntu Dapper:

cc1: warnings being treated as errors
interface_parser.c: In function 'add_data':
interface_parser.c:56: warning: ISO C90 forbids mixed declarations and code

Any thoughts?
