There appears to be some problem with your version of the OpenVPN
plugin; since it and NM aren't successfully talking together.  Note the
part about the missing domain.  This is caused by either (a) a bug in
the OpenVPN plugin, or (b) a mismatch between NM and the OpenVPN plugin
you're using.
