NM fails to connect after updating existing gconf keys

Hi list

I've been having a lot of problems with NM but no time to report them.

This one is the:

NetworkManager: <WARNING> ():
org.freedesktop.NetworkManagerInfo.BadNetworkData raised
'NetworkManagerInfo::getNetworkProperties could not access essid for
network 'networks''

type of error. I've been connecting to my office network without
problems for a while. On a slow day I decided to sit in the couch in our
lobby and read som Rails documentation. Did that for a while and
suddenly the network connection just died on me. There was nothing I
could do to connect again.

The usual suspects.

1. I moved, so I was closest to our second AP. Which I guess triggered
the problem by needing an gconf update.

2. The gconf handling is broken in some odd way. Deleting the wireless
network details for my office allows me to connect again.

This localized to the network I'm trying to connect to. At home I have
not problems with my single AP.

Hardware details: IBM x40 with an Ipw2200.

I've attached the log for a failed attempt. After that I deleted the
keys in gconf related the the 'duck' essid and got a connection without
any issues.

Cheers
Rene
