I found it with a Google search for "Fedora CVS".  You can get the "seed
tarball", then 'cvs update -dP' in the directory it makes.  You'll find
the patches in there.

I found that the Makefile works on Ubuntu as long as 'rpm' is installed.
'make prep' downloads the source and sets up the source directory for
viewing the code.
