resolv.conf cleared

Hello,

When I choose my 'Wired Network' in NetworkManager, the resolv.conf file
is cleared. This wired connection has a static ip configured, which
works perfectly, except for dns lookups. When I switch to DHCPed
wireless, I get the right dns servers, but switching back to wired
clears the file again.

Where is the 'static' configuration stored? So I could manually tweak it
to include the resolv.conf settings?

I am running Ubuntu with the latest NetworkManager packages from
http://bootlab.org/~j/NetworkManager-breezy/
