Icons in NetworkManager.

I got it to work!!  It was not finding the icons, putting them in
/usr/local/share/icons... which was the correct prefix, but gtk's theme
only looked in /usr/share/icons for Icons...

After that its JUST a dbus error!!   of which I will investigate later.

By the way, because of the GTK messages, I was not able to get to, that
the problem was dbus again... for you info.. *atleast its dbus* :]
