VPN vpnc changes heads-up (will require 0.3.3)

Hi,

The change to make NetworkManaer talk to vpnc over stdin, and not write a config 
file out for a few seconds, will require vpnc 0.3.3.  I tried 0.3.2 and it 
doesn't seem to allow the "-" argument to read from stdin.  Anyway, 0.3.3 seems 
to work but if anyone has problems I'll look further into 0.3.2 and lower.
