No, because unless the mtime of the _directory_ changes,
gtk-upate-icon-cache doesn't actually update the cache.  You have to
either touch /usr/share/icons/hicolor (which RPM does when it installs
the stuff) or use '-f' to get the cache to actually update.

Will take another look, sometimes the patches get lost :)  I'm not
