conflict with latest rawhide kernel

that describes a conflict with running the latest kernel for rawhide and
NetworkManager.  Seems that there is a problem shutting down iptables if
NetworkManager is running and has an active connection.  Can't modprobe
-r ip_tables.  Personally I think it is a kernel bug as it works fine
for 2.6.10-1.1115_FC4 kernel.
