supporting ipv6

hi,

what about supporting ipv6 ips. right now i have to call
ip link set dev eth2 down
ip link set dev eth2 up
after i am connected to a wireless network, 
to get ipv6 working again. which also removes my default route.

could not figure out at which place that should be integrated
the best way into NetworkManager. any ideas?

what is the bigger plan for supporting ipv6 in NetworkManager?
