Regarding Outreachy Mentorship

Hi

I wish to apply for Outreachy Mentorship ( Dec'16 - March'17) under Nemiver. This would be my first time as a mentor or a co-mentor. How can I enroll myself for the same? Are there any prerequisites for the being a mentor?

I've recently completed a project in Google Summer of Code'16 student (under KDE organization). I've worked on DigiKam software (an advanced open source photo management software), which involved usage of C++, SQL and Qt APIs.

Please guide me through.
