Nemiver release 0.8.2 now available

This is a bug fix and minor feature release of the Nemiver graphical
debugger.  Besides the various translation updates and the usual
bundle of bug fixes, notable changes include:

	- Optional support of the GSettings system.  Packagers don't
	  have anything special to do for this.  If the GSettings
	  development files are present at configure time, Nemiver's
	  build system picks GSettings.  Otherwise, it picks GConf.

	- Support for jumping to an arbitrary address during
          debugging.

	- Import of Debian packaging meta data into the Nemiver's
          source code repository.  This is obviously present only in
          the Git repository of Nemiver, but is worth noting
          nonetheless.

What is Nemiver?
================

Nemiver is a standalone graphical debugger that integrates well in the
GNOME desktop environment.  It currently features a backend which uses
the GNU debugger GDB for debugging C/C++ programs.
