Policy for Dynamic Modules

Hello,

I'm currently looking at nemiver's source code and architecture. I do
like the current architecture which is very very modular.
But I have a question I couldn't figure out alone yet. What is the
current policy about dynamic modules (i.e. when should(n't) I create a
dynamic module ?) ?
