Disassembling and fork/exec debugging support

Hello,

The asm-support and follow-fork-mode branches have now been merged into
master. Nemiver thus have basic support for disassembling and fork/exec
debugging.

I will be testing these features in the coming weeks and make sure the
master branch is in a good enough shape for the next release. Please
feel free to file any bug you find in bugzilla.

Unless there is a motivated objection, I will probably remove the
asm-support and follow-fork-mode branches from the repository as they
are now useless.
