Features page

Hello,

this is my first mail to the list so hello everyone!

After a conversation with Dodji in the IRC, we've created this
page: http://live.gnome.org/Nemiver/Features

If you agree, I send a patch to add a link in the front page to that page.

Best regards

Nemiver is an on-going effort to write a standalone graphical debugger that integrates
well in the <a href="http://www.gnome.org";>GNOME desktop environment</a>. It currently features a backend which
uses the well known GNU Debugger <a href="http://sourceware.org/gdb/";>gdb</a> to debug C / C++ programs.
+	The list of Nemiver's <a href="http://live.gnome.org/Nemiver/Features";>features</a> can be read in the wiki.
