Re: Nautilus 3.22 - Duplicated Android Phone after unplugging

Hi,

it is caused by some change in udev database and patch to handle this new behavior has been pushed in gvfs. See my response on:

I believe this is an issue in gvfs we saw recently by volumes not being unmounted, Ondrej what do you think?

In any case, please create an issue with the relevant information.

Hi All!

I'm using Debian Stretch/Gnome 3.22

I have an Android phone that I sometimes plug into the PC to transfer files. This works fine, but after unplugging the phone, it stays listed in Nautilus. If the phone is plugged/unplugged several times, it will be listed in Nautilus multiple times. This happens whether or not I tell the PC before I unplug it.

If I right click on one of these phantom phones, remove is dimmed.

See screenshot here (XT1060 is the phone)

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks!
