Not sure it is what oyu are really looking for :

$ gsettings list-schemas | grep keybindings
org.gnome.mutter.keybindings
org.gnome.mutter.wayland.keybindings
org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings
org.gnome.shell.keybindings

$ gsettings list-keys org.gnome.mutter.keybindings
toggle-tiled-right
toggle-tiled-left
tab-popup-cancel
tab-popup-select

$ gsettings get org.gnome.mutter.keybindings toggle-tiled-right
['<Super>Right']

Ok, but editing files is almost always the wrong thing to do - this
isn't the 1980s [thank goodness].  Configuration files are sometimes
memory mapped so changing them 'underneath' just won't work.

Take a look at dconf/gsettings and see if you can adjust the bindings
that way.
