Nautilus-Script for creating/extracting *.tar.gz and *.zip and *.7zip files?

I am searching a Nautilus Script which allows me

1.) to extract the currently marked file (or files) 

2.) to create a *.tar.gz or *.zip or *.7zip file(s) from the currently marked files/folders.

I guess there is already somewhere such a script
