Get the gear icon on nautilus 3.10.1

Hey, all!

I would like to know if it is possible to get back the gear menu in
nautilus 3.10.1 which was available in the versions shipped by Ubuntu
13.10 Saucy Salamander. The menu was pretty useful but is missing from
the version shipped with Ubuntu 14.04. The menu I am talking about is
the following:

Please let if I can bring this menu back to nautilus 3.10.1 changing
some configuration files or do I have to downgrade to bring this
feature back, which I personally won't like to unless absolutely
necessary.
